About Rooter Dr.

In 1952, Frank Lozano began serving his plumbing apprenticeship and by 1958 rose to the position of foreman on residential and commercial plumbing projects.  In 1972, he started his own business and has maintained a license to this day.  All 6 of his sons spent many a day toiling in the plumbing trade along side their father, Frank.

Currently, 2 of his sons, George,retired and Ronnie, are union certified journeymen plumbers.  Frank passed on to his sons the skills that a plumber must master.  There is no job too small or too big that the Rooter Dr. can’t handle.  The only name you will ever need for your plumbing problems is Rooter Dr.
